The Connecting Pointe Store

The Connecting Pointe Store is located inside the Alphapointe Life Skills Campus at 75th and Prospect in Kansas City, Missouri.

It is a resource center dedicated to serving our vision loss clients with a range of adaptive products and advanced technologies that help people maintain independence, enhance accessibility, and complete daily tasks.

Products

Products in the Connecting Pointe Store include:

  • Low vision aids: These include handheld and video magnifiers, talking devices, cooking utensils, large print products, tactile guides for stoves, ovens, and microwaves, and other household tools.
  • Braille products: This includes books, labels, products, and learning tools.
  • Mobility aids: Products like white canes, cane accessories, and portable magnifiers for navigating the world more safely. Free cane repair is offered in the store regardless of where you got your cane.
